Immigration Filing Fees for Petitions

Most immigration petitions require the payment of filing fees to the USCIS or the Department of State, depending on whether processing of the petition occurs in the United States or an outside consulate. In some instances, where a beneficiary is outside the United States, or the applicant is a participant in an exchange program, applicants may be required to pay USCIS filing fees as well as processing fees to the National Visa Center and/or the Department of State.

Click here for filing fees for the Department of State - applies generally to petitions for those outside of the US and for exchange visa candidates.
